Shuffle your taskbar

One of the new features in Windows 7 is the ability to move your taskbar buttons around, like so:

It’s such a cool and useful feature, so why not have it in Vista? Well, I’m here to announce that you CAN add the feature in Windows Vista(and other versions of Windows, for that matter). To get this functionality, click this link to go to the download site. After it’s finished downloading, run and install it.

When your done installing it, run the application(if its not already running), and now you can move your buttons around!

Now, you can stop right here if you want to, but if you want to remove this [annoying] icon from the system tray(to clean things up a  bit), and still use the application, keep reading.

First, right-click the icon and click settings

Then un-check “Show system tray icon” and click “OK”

Then click “OK” again

And there you have it! A taskbar in Windows Vista that has buttons that can move around! Enjoy!
